Either party may cancel a contract in writing. Cancellations after work has commenced may incur reasonable costs for labour and materials. JW HVAC Limited reserves the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or site conditions are deemed unsafe.
9. Intellectual Property
All technical drawings, plans, and documentation produced by JW HVAC Limited remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred by written agreement.
